When I went: 20 May 2017, 11 December 2017
Shows seen there: Love in Idleness, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie
Size: Medium
Typical price: Various – tickets up to around £60 in stalls for plays
Special points: Painting on the ceiling
Where to eat beforehand: Balthazar
Comments:
The Apollo is clustered among a group of other theatres near Piccadilly Circus, including the Gielgud and Queen’s. The seats in the stalls are not massively raked but there is decent leg room, and there is a really cool painting on the ceiling of a night sky.
