When I went: 5 November 2015
Shows seen there: In the Heights
Size: Small
Typical price: Very reasonable (£50 for the best seats)
Special points: Division into two ‘platforms’
Comments:
King’s Cross Theatre doesn’t get much attention as a theatre venue, partially because it is some way from the West End, and partially because it tends to put on lesser-known shows, perhaps because of its small size. It is separated into ‘Platform 1’ and ‘Platform 2’ with the stage between the two seating ‘platforms’, so you will get a good seat wherever you sit. It hosted the Railway Children for some time as well as, more recently, the wonderful In the Heights.
