When I went: 2 August 2013, 2 January 2015, 12 January 2017
Shows seen there: The Scottsboro Boys, Rock of Ages, Young Frankenstein
Size: Small / medium
Typical price: Fairly reasonable (up to around £75 for premium stalls seats)
Special points: Range of shows
Where to eat beforehand: Balthazar
Comments:
The Garrick is well-located for shops and restaurants, very near to both Leicester Square and Charing Cross, and has hosted a good range of shows over the years, including plays, musicals and comedy gigs. It has a slightly more informal atmosphere than posher theatres such as the Savoy.
