When I went: 27 September 2014, 3 April 2015
Shows seen there: Evita, An American in Paris
Size: Fairly big
Typical price: Fairly reasonable (up to around £80 for best stalls seats)
Special points: Disney / children’s shows
Where to eat beforehand: Polpo
Comments:
Like the Shaftesbury Theatre, the Dominion is near Tottenham Court Road but still near enough to the Covent Garden area that you can have your pick of pre-theatre dining options from round there. It has an affinity for Disney and children’s shows, having hosted Beauty in the Beast, a Frozen sing-along show, and Elf the Musical.
The seats are not massively raked in the stalls, so if you are behind a tall person you might not be able to see everything.
