Review:
I had liked Pink’s music for a long time before I saw this gig, but this gig confirmed not only her singing and dancing talents but also the fact that she is a killer songwriter, can do acrobatics, is a completely natural performer and is very underrated.
The concert started with Pink in the audience, revealed through the big screen, and literally leaped from one number to another as Pink performed Sober inside a giant moving ball, danced frenetically against the projected words of How Come You’re Not Here and swung from point to point for the final number before the encore, (Blow Me) One Last Kiss. The whole thing was so impressive, I have listened to the Truth About Love album so many times since and not got bored of it and if I see Pink live again I would be disappointed it if the set list didn’t include most of the same songs as this show.
